At faucet, we specialize in premium bathtubs, shower columns, and faucets. We understand that sometimes a purchase may not be exactly what you expected. Please review our return policy below.

1. Return Window

Items may be returned within 30 days from the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

Unused and in the same condition as received
In the original packaging with all accessories and documentation
Accompanied by the order number or proof of purchase

2. Non-Returnable Items

Custom-sized or made-to-order products
Items without original packaging or missing parts
Products damaged due to installation or misuse
Clearance or final sale items

3. How to Request a Return

Provide your order number and reason for return.
Once approved, you will receive a return authorization and return instructions.
Ship the item to the address we provide, including the return authorization number.

4. Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrectly delivered. For exchanges, we will cover the shipping of the replacement item.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the return, refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7 business days. Bank processing times may vary.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery for a full refund or replacement, including shipping costs.
